If you are sure your device is unlocked to accept SIM cards from other networks, but you do not see an option to enter an APN, please connect to WiFi and click on or enter the follwing link into your browser.


This will take you to a page where you can install the correct APN profile on your device. Once complete, please ensure that ‘Data’ and ‘Data Roaming’ are also enabled.

Test the connection and if the device is still not connecting, please restart the device – then retest.
